What inspired the creation of RUFA Products?

After surgery, I was frustrated by the lack of user-friendly products. This led my wife and me to design a solution that better et the needs of active patients like myself.
Who designed the RUFA Products bag holder?

The product was designed by my wife, myself and two of our closest friends. It drew from personal experience and feedback to ensure the product was practical, functional and effective.
What makes the RUFA Products bag holder different from others?

There is not anything on the market that is so customizable and designed with the user in mind. This product focuses on allowing the patient to remain active and confident to resume their daily lives, something other products failed to do.
Why is user feedback so important to RUFA Products?

We found that other products, while functional, did not seem to consider the patient’s needs, hence the development of our product. We listened to actual users and made sure it solved the real problems.
How did medical professionals react to your product?

Upon returning to my doctor’s office and seeing the bag holder, both the doctors and nurses were impressed and wanted to know where they could get one. Why did you decide to make the RUFA Products bag holder available to the consumer?

We saw the market’s lack of effective products and did not want others to continue to suffer. We wanted to share a solution that would benefit the patient’s needs, especially after other patients continued to ask us where to buy it.
How did RUFA Products help patients regain their confidence and activity levels?

This product is truly designed to empower the patient to return to their normal routines with a sense of freedom and security by providing a functional and comfortable solution.
